Hi again!

So i have several ideas on how to to achieve a Win-Win situation for the problem of the increasing number of people adding ZhiYang on MSN but who do i contact if i want to let them know my suggestion? I would kindly appreciate if anyone could provide me the ways i can contact the President of the FC or someone who could help spread the words.
